Periklis Ntentopoulos

Periklis Ntentopoulos was born in Marousi, Attica in 1987. He received the Diploma in Computer Engineering and Informatics and the Master’s Degree in "Computer Science and Engineering" from the Department of Computer Engineering and Informatics, School of Engineering, University of Patras, in 2012 and 2014, respectively. 
Currently, he is a PhD Candidate at the Department of Computer Engineering and Informatics, School of Engineering, University of Patras. During his undergraduate studies, he had a 3-month internship at the Center of Telematics and Applications for Regional Development (Telematics Center) of the Computer Technology Institute and Press "Diophantus". From May 2013, he has been working as a web application developer / engineer at the Infrastructure and Networks Directorate (former Greek School Network and Networking Technologies Directorate) of the Computer Technology Institute and Press "Diophantus" and, since 2016, he is the development team leader of VOUCHER MIS. Furthermore, he belongs to the Register of Trainers of the Institute of Youth and Lifelong Learning and he has worked as an IT Instructor at the Experimental School of Advanced Vocational Training of Patras and the School of Advanced Vocational Training of Aigio. He has worked as a Consultant at the National Infrastructures for Research and Technology, too. He speaks two (2) foreign languages (English and French). His research interests include, mainly, e-government, machine learning methods, data analysis from social networks and educational data mining. He has received two (2) research scholarships and, to this day, he has six (6) publications in the proceedings of international conferences.
