Dr. Vasileios Gkamas
Dr. Vasileios Gkamas obtained his Diploma in Information and Communication Systems Engineering from the University of the Aegean in 2004, his MSc in Embedded Hardware and Software Systems, and his PhD in Computer Science from the Department of Computer Engineering and Informatics from the University of Patras in 2006 and 2015, respectively.
Since 2006, he is collaborating with the Computer Technology Institute and Press "Diophantus," participating in numerous National and European projects in the field of large-scale high-speed networks, educational technologies, and electronic infrastructures. Additionally, since 2017, he is working with the University of Patras as a researcher in European programs focused on the development of digital skills and ICT curricula for Vocational Education and Training and Higher Education. Between 2016 and 2023, he taught courses in Information and Communication Technologies at the Athens University of Economics and Business and the University of West Attica. He has published papers in well-known international scientific conferences, journals, and books.
